No prior experience is required. This retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, and classes are guided with personal support.

Yes. Complimentary airport pickup is provided in Bangkok from both Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) on the arrival date. We also provide free drop-off service to Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) at the end of the retreat.

The package includes accommodation in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, daily yoga and meditation sessions, Ayurveda practices, cultural activities, local transportation, and ongoing teacher support. Flight tickets and personal expenses are not included.
