The 300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training course is good for all level of students. This Yoga teacher training based on Yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Hatha Vinyasa yoga and traditional Hatha yoga style. From the first day of the course, you will start learning all Hatha yoga secrets including Advanced pranayama, yoga mantra, mudra, bandha and energy system. We lead the students through the proper techniques including the key of alignments with contraindications, variations and modifications of foundational yoga poses. The purpose of this program is to provide a supportive environment in which you begin to connect with your inner teacher. You will found your internal wisdom and authentic voice through asana, pranayama practice, mind-body journaling, group conversation, reading and guided meditation and yoga lifestyle will awake.

This yoga teacher training course is suitable for everyone who has completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (level 1) with any authorized yoga school. It is an intensive 4 weeks retreat created with the aim to give you a solid foundation in yoga. The course will be led by a diverse team of experienced yoga masters from India. You will learn to teach Yoga therapy and Ayurveda therapy and also be introduced to the different between modern yoga and traditional yoga style. Our yoga school and training are registered with the WORLD YOGA ALLIANCE (INDIA) On successful completion of this training, you will qualify for a certificate yoga teacher license from World Yoga Alliance, Here you can read more about the benefits of CYT License.

Upon complete the course you will be able to start your own yoga studio (1st step) or start yoga teacher job as a freelance. We will provide our students a perfect business plan to help in yoga teacher carrier.

1st Case: Upon complete this 300 Hrs Yoga TTC, you will received a 500 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (CYT License) If you have completed 200 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training from any authorized WYA Certified Yoga Schools.

2nd Case: Upon complete this 300 Hrs Yoga TTC, you will received a 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (CYT License) If you have completed 200 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training from any non WYA recognized Yoga Schools. Got CYT 200 hrs License already from any yoga school.
