World Yoga Alliance Certified Course
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (Level 1)
Hatha Vinyasa-Based Curriculum | Suitable for All Levels
Offered by Singhaya Studio – Thailand Branch
Under the guidance of World Yoga Alliance, India
This foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training course is ideal for students of all levels, including complete beginners. Rooted in the traditional principles of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and classical Vinyasa Yoga, the program emphasizes a structured and holistic approach to learning.
From day one, you will be immersed in the practice of traditional Hatha Yoga asanas, including standing, seated, reclining, and balancing postures. Students are taught correct alignment, body awareness, injury-free movement, and the safe progression into each pose. The course begins with the modification and breakdown of 67 foundational asanas—selected from the ancient tradition of 8.4 million natural asanas.
Course Purpose and Philosophy
This training is conducted in collaboration with World Yoga Alliance – India, led by Master Vidaan Singh, Founder and President. The course is designed to foster a nurturing and professional environment, supporting the continuous evolution of yoga and Ayurveda as sacred sciences passed down through generations.
Master Vidaan Singh shares:
“Why did we establish an organization to support Yoga and Ayurveda students and teachers? In ancient times, there were no formal systems—no student records, no curriculum frameworks, and no defined standards of completion. Today, we inherit fragmented knowledge, modified by each teacher and generation. Some modern adaptations are useful, but their longevity is uncertain. That is why we encourage both guided study and self-inquiry—to restore depth, authenticity, and lifelong learning.”
